Steps for submitting QI and Research Proposals

 

1. Download the Brief Research Proposal form below. Fill this out and submit to Dr. Sowmya Srinivas, lead Research Coordinator (sowmya.srinivas@arnothealth.org)

2. Your project will be assigned to a Research Coordinator who will contact you shortly and help in the development of a full proposal.

3. Alternatively, if your ideas are already well-developed, you may begin by filling out a full proposal using the downloadable form below and submitting Dr. Srinivas at the email address above. You will also be assigned a research coordinator who will contact you to discuss next steps, including the IRB process.
